The delivery time is between 2 - 4 working days, the delivery takes place immediately after confirmation of availability. Shipping withing Switzerland is free of charge.

International Shipping

The delivery time is between 2 - 6 working days, the delivery takes place immediately after confirmation of availability. International order are shipped by DDU "Delivered Duties Unpaid". The customer is responsible for any additional taxes or duties. Because import duties and customs policies vary widely from each country. Please contact your local customs office to get more informations about the current charges.

Returns

The items can be returned withing fourteen days, please contact aus at info@dominique-delice.com and we will prepare everything for you.

At the moment, deliveries can only be made to Switzerland, Russia, USA, Great Britiain and European EU member states. Orders to other countries are unfortunately not accepted at this time and will be rejected.

You have a 2-year warranty from the time of purchase. If the handbag is defective, please send us an email on info@dominique-delice.com. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects in the handbag's electronics, unless these are due to careless handling by the buyer. Damage caused by improper operation is not covered by the warranty.

Batteries and rechargeable batteries are excluded from the warranty.

You will receive your invoice electronically via the link in your order confirmation email. Neither pricing nor invoice details are visible from the outside and the packages are also sent in neutral outer packaging.

The lights come on automatically as soon as the handbag is opened and go off again when the handbag is closed. If the handbag is left open for more than 3 minutes, the energy-saving mode is activated and the lights turn off automatically. When you close the handbag, you return the lights to stand-by mode.

The energy is supplied by our power bank (battery - mobile additional accumulator) with over 2'200mAh. The power bank is charged via a micro-USB port, a cable without an adapter is included. The cable can be plugged in and charged practically anywhere with an accessible USB port.

The lighting duration is over 130 days if the lighting fixtures are only operation for 15 minutes per day.

Used batteries are classified as hazardous waste. The law obliges all consumers to bring them back to the point of sale or another collection point. Disposal in household waste is prohibited.
